Daniel Harshaw is a native of York County, South Carolina. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned his B.A. in history. Subsequently he graduated from The University of South Carolina School of Law, and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association in November, 2009. He is also admitted to Federal Court for the District of South Carolina and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Active in the community, Daniel Harshaw is a member of the McConnells Town Council and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater York Chamber of Commerce.
